Alumni Engagement Survey

Overview

The Woodruff School Student Recruitment and Success Committee has two initiatives that require direct alumni engagement. Engagement between alumni and students is facilitated through the platform Woodruff Connect.

Admit to Commit Campaign: Alumni call admitted early action students to increase yield. Alumni will receive 10 students to call.
  • Login to Woodruff Connect for secure access to admitted student contacts.
  • Click the embedded feedback form to track connections.
  • Text students the targeted follow-up survey for additional opportunities.
  • Wave 1 calling window: December 9th - December 21st
  • Wave 2 calling window: February 2nd - February 15th

Career Conversations: Admitted or current GT students view alumni profiles in Woodruff Connect and schedule 30-min video calls with alumni. 
  • Login to Woodruff Connect to specify video conferencing and calendar preferences.
  • Use Zoom or Microsoft Teams to connect
  • Host 30-min video calls with current and/or admitted students
  • Current student access: Pilot on October 18th - December 5th
  • Admitted student access: February 1st - March 29th
